The Hickory Unity Team has been gathering and discussing some great ideas for group events. The purpose of this committee is to enhance our workplace environment by fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and engagement. We believe that when employees feel valued and connected, it leads to a more vibrant and productive work atmosphere. We have been organizing in-house events for our colleagues to gather and have fun. The Unity Team was excited to see all who were able to partake in our Water Ice Social on the last day of Summer.
