*Grooming Policy*
Proof of vaccination for Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella and Canine Influenza required. Dogs are to arrive between 8 – 9am and will be available for pick-up between 4:30 – 5:30pm, unless otherwise noted. All grooming services include ear cleaning and nail trim. Dogs that have matted fur may need to be shaved in areas where we cannot effectively de-mat. Excessively matted pets will require extra time and may incur additional fees. Matted pets may have underlying skin issues or an underlying skin infection.
Pets found to have fleas will be given a Capstar (oral flea control) and charged accordingly. Base pricing may be adjusted to accommodate unforeseen needs, larger breeds or long hair breeds.
Any suspected ear infections, skin abnormalities or areas that may need medical attention will be noted at time of pick-up.
